Stadslab Rotterdam

Stadslab Rotterdam is de digitale werkplaats en het FabLab van het Instituut voor Communicatie, Media en Informatietechnologie (CMI) van Hogeschool Rotterdam. Studenten, docenten, onderzoekers, ondernemers en hobbyisten kunnen er prototypes, maquettes en creatieve projecten maken met begeleiding van stewards. De labs richten zich op sensoren en elektronica (Sensorlab), mensgerichte data en visualisatie (Datalab), digitale fabricage (FabLab), VR/AR/MR (VR-lab) en retailinnovatie (Lab Fygital). Stadslab bestaat sinds 2011 en werkt samen met Creating 010. Via workshops, instructies en Edubadges kunnen makers hun vaardigheden ontwikkelen en aantonen.
